Plantings & Garden Design

Plant design is what softens the stone and ties the whole property together. We design terraced gardens, foundation beds, and mature plantings, from rose and perennial borders to evergreen privacy screens and specimen trees, so the landscape grows into the architecture over time.

Because we plant what we build around, the beds, the borders, and the trees are placed to work with the patios, walls, and water features, not around them after the fact.

One Houzz project for us involved excavating and planting about 30 trees alongside the stonework, the kind of full-property planting we manage from start to finish.
